Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sensei Prop (the "Service"), operated by Dejan Vuzevski, an individual based in North Macedonia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sensei Prop is an AI-powered performance coaching application for retail and prop-firm traders. It provides trade journaling, discipline tracking, AI feedback on screenshots, simulated challenges, and educational analytics. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

2. Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• Probe, scan, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with security or infrastructure;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission.

4. AI Outputs

The Service uses AI to generate coaching feedback, scores, and recommendations. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, your trading decisions, and for verifying any information before acting on it. AI outputs are not a substitute for licensed financial advice. We may filter, restrict, or refuse outputs that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of content you upload (trade screenshots, notes); you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, Refunds

Subscriptions (Pro, Elite) renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, profitable trading outcomes, or that you will pass any prop-firm challenge.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of North Macedonia, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
