We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Sensei Prop subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Sensei Prop orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at dejanvuzevski@gmail.com and we will help facilitate your refund.

After the 30-Day Window

After 30 days, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis according to Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
